The challenge

The planning, development, and delivery of architecture and urbanism projects have become increasingly complex. SARD was founded in 2012 by architect, urbanist, and strategic advisor Raed Arnaout following more than two decades of professional experience across the Middle East and North Africa. The practice was established on the belief that architecture, urbanism, and advisory work should not be treated as isolated disciplines, but as integrated processes that help clients create meaningful places and achieve lasting outcomes. Today, SARD works with governments, institutions, consulting firms, and developers to navigate complexity, create value, and contribute to successful and enduring projects.
